Availability to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day, is required for the full-time position.
The part-time postion has some flexibility but Fridays and Mondays and at least one weekend day is required.
The Cake Consultant position is a creative customer service position and will assist customers with in-person, phone, and email cake orders. This will involve designing custom cakes, meeting with customers for consultations, and working closely with our bakers and cake decorators to ensure orders are completed as specified.
The ideal candidate would be detail oriented and well organized, have great communication skills, and be dedicated to customer service. Weekend availability is a requirement. A background in art, pastry, or cake decoration are all benefits.
