Annabelle – Line Cook
We're currently looking for a Line Cook that wants to grow with us. Under the discipline and tutelage of former White House Chef Frank Ruta, we are seeking passionate and excited individuals who want to learn and hone their skillset over the next few years.
We take pride in being organized and disciplined, on being hardworking (no shortcuts here), on having great communication, and on having education and growth a pillar to our success. We like to hustle and help each other get better every day and to make our restaurant one of the best in D.C. to work and in which to dine. While we do take our jobs seriously, we do so with a lighthearted touch to make the days fun as well as productive.
Previous 4 years experience in a fine dining restaurant. Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates; Keep his/her production to the level required by the Executive Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
Maintain the high standards established by the Executive Chef
Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service.
Must be able to follow instructions during service from Chef throughout the service.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
