Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience
• Culinary school/university education is a plus
• The ability to use unique cooking methods such as Charcoal grill, wok, traditionally BBQ and Tandoori is a BIG PLUS!
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve
• Ability to manage a station from prep to service
• Clean and efficient with attention to detail
• A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills
• Punctuality and reliability are key!
