Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Baker to oversee our bakery operations. You will ensure the production of high-quality bread and pastries, working closely with the Chef Manager and other departments to meet customer demands and maintain our exceptional standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Set production pars based on sales volume.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor to ensure bread size and texture are consistent and suitable for menu items.
- Communicate closely with Beverage and FOH Managers about customer feedback, specials, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager on developing new menu items.
- Support the interview and training process for new bakery hires.
- Train bakery staff, providing feedback and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
