We are seeking an experienced Lead Baker to oversee our bakery operations. You will ensure the production of high-quality bread and pastries, working closely with the Chef Manager and other departments to meet customer demands and maintain our exceptional standards.

• Set production pars based on sales volume.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor to ensure bread size and texture are consistent and suitable for menu items.
• Communicate closely with Beverage and FOH Managers about customer feedback, specials, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with the Chef Manager on developing new menu items.
• Support the interview and training process for new bakery hires.
• Train bakery staff, providing feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Excellent communication skills—verbal, listening, and written.
• Proven experience in bakery management.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor bakery staff effectively.
