Global hospitality firm Altamarea Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the opening team for Marea Beverly Hills, the first expansion of the iconic Marea in the U.S. outside New York.

Assistant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Actively engage in service and lead with a hands-on approach, performing high level of guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging in guest outreach consistently
- Train, develop and motivate all staff to uphold Altamarea Group standards of excellence
- Organize, supervise and execute shifts
- Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on daily, consistent basis
- Communicate collaboratively and effectively across all departments and levels of staff
- Demonstrate emphasis on driving business while maintaining food and service consistency
- Respond promptly and accurately to all client matters
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, staff, vendors and all other constituents
- Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to safety, health, jurisdictional laws, and labor compliance
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience and fluency in all applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations
- Strong background in and passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity and excellent communication skills
- Candidates should have an energetic, approachable positive disposition and ability to build relationships and motivate others
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand success
- Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
- Physical requirements include but not limited to the ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 50lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time
