Barista

We are hiring for a part-time morning Barista.  The weekday shifts are Monday-Wednesday and will start at 7am and end at 3pm. 

Baristas are true professionals who understand tea and coffee and the steps of service necessary to serve them.  They have a high level of understanding for guest relations and the ability to train the dining room team through all aspects of our cycle of service.  They possess a commanding knowledge of tea categories, techniques and theory, and have a thorough understanding of how to set up their station for success.   

Responsibilities include: 

• Communicating warmly when delivering drinks 

• A thorough understanding of guest positions 

• Providing the guest with their beverages 

• Re-stocking their crockery and silverware 

• Ensuring milks and tea/coffee are in date, well stocked, and accounted for
