Manage Our Commissary Operations!

As Kitchen Manager at the National Union Building, you'll ensure smooth operations of our commissary, supporting our Kraken locations and managing event productions. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume food production and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food production and packaging for multiple venues.
  • Maintain food quality and presentation in line with our standards.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure timely event menu production.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of culinary experience, with a focus on kitchen supervision and catering.
  • Strong leadership and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in commissary operations.
