Stone Street Coffee Company is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused barista to join our team! As a barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and delivering high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. If you are passionate about coffee, able to work alone, and have a friendly, positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, as well as other beverages like teas, etc.

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and answering their questions.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly and safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.

• Stock inventory and ensure supplies are available as needed.

• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work alone.

• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
