Bridges is a contemporary bistro opening this fall, in Chinatown, by alums of estela and NoMad.
We are currently hiring our opening team. If you're interested in building and shaping the culture of a restaurant, are passionate about food, and want to be a part of a dedicated team, then send us a resume with a note about yourself.
What you'll do:
- As a Line Cook, you’ll be part of an opening kitchen launch and first menu. Cooking on all stations, cold and raw, pastry and on our coal burning grill.
- Communicate openly and work with peers to solve problems and improve the food.
- Participate in ongoing training and education.

Who you are:
- You have 1-2 years kitchen experience in a back of house position
- You work with a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong work ethic with a curiosity to grow and learn
- You work with integrity, warmth and graciousness
- You are able to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively in a team dynamic
- You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
- You are able to lift 30+ pounds
- You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $24.00)
