Bottega Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate…
Is comfortable interacting with guests and members of our community, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality.
Has the ability to multi-task and function well under pressure consistently.
Demonstrates strong wine, spirits and food knowledge.
Possesses a strong understanding of teaching and developing staff.
Is proficient in the use of POS systems and/or able to quickly learn and utilize these programs.
Expresses an eagerness to continue learning and staying up to date with our industry.
Possesses a fluent understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale restaurant.
Is a conscientious individual with a strong sense of teamwork and the confidence to continually strive for improvement.
Has a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication.
Must possess leadership qualities and be able to work well with a team.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $85,000.00)
