We are looking for local and organic food obsessed, hospitality naturals who loves people to join our team at our new location in New York City's Upper West Side. This position will welcome and serve customers, work the floor and be fully educated on the many products in our new market; merchandise products; make coffees, cocoas and teas; assist with inventory and restocking requirements; and help to maintain store cleanliness.  This position requires an energetic, positive, organized, and pro-active nature in a busy and demanding setting. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide best in class customer experience to market guests.
• Serve coffees, cocoas, and teas.
• Receiving and restocking inventory
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue goals by creating a positive, delicious experience that combines unparalleled customer service and education. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Two years in the food industry.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• A true lover of all things food: sharing it, learning about it, talking about it, and eating it with others.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Charismatic, outgoing self-starter with pride and passion for great customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Kind, thorough, reliable, and team-oriented.
