The beloved New York City restaurant Pastis will be coming to the Union Market District in Washington, DC. Pastis DC will feature elements similar to the original such as the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and a mosaic-tiled floor. 

The team is in search of Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride

Desired candidates will have: 

• 1+ years of experience as bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality 
• A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails 
• Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry. 
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor 
• Previous experience with French cuisine is a plus!
