Line Cook

Pluckemin Inn is seeking a motivated professional to join our established team. This position is for Line cook and is suitable for a professional looking to advance their career. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of upscale/fine dining line experience. This is a full time position with health benefits, job security, 5 day work week, overtime available, every sunday off (excluding major holidays) and paid vacation amongst the perks. Culinary degree is preferred but not required. The job requirements are as follows:

- be a team player and have a positive attitude

- be clean, organized, and professional

- be available to work nights/weekends/holidays

- must have your own tools/knives etc.

- able and willing to work 45-50 hour week depending on volume

- be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
