Annam Cafe is a vibrant quick-service Vietnamese restaurant in Midtown, New York. We’re passionate about serving fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic Crew Members who share our love for hospitality and are eager to provide exceptional service.

Position Overview:

As a Crew Member at Annam Cafe, you’ll be the heart of our operation, delivering fast and friendly service while ensuring an enjoyable guest experience. If you’re quick, willing to learn, and happy to serve, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with food preparation, following health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
• Support your teammates and help where needed, especially during busy times.
• Handle transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Participate in training and development to grow within the role.

Qualifications:

• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus but not required.
