The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly wok cooking techniques, and a dedication to producing high-quality dishes with precision and speed. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, combining fresh ingredients with traditional and modern flavors.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using a wok, including stir-fries, noodles, and other Asian-inspired meals.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage wok station efficiently to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Keep up to date with cooking trends and kitchen techniques.

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar role within a high-paced restaurant environment.
• Expertise in Asian cooking, particularly wok techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for cooking.
