Mandu, DC's pioneering Korean restaurant opened by Chefs Yesoon and Danny Lee in 2006, is looking for a full time dinner cook to join our amazing kitchen team.
We are expecting the cook to work 35-40 hours a week, from 4 pm to close of service depending on the day.
Applications should expect to do station setup, learn to work multiple stations and dishes, rotate product, breakdown stations, and clean.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn aspects of traditional Korean cooking from the Lee family, as well as work with our team members in the kitchen, most of whom have been at Mandu for over ten years.
