We are hiring for our sister restaurant, Perle!  An upscale seafood and champagne bar in the West Village, is seeking a highly skilled and guest-presenting professional to join our kitchen team. If you are intelligent, quick on your feet, and have a touch of flirtatious charm-WE WANT YOU!

Role Includes:

• Preparing dishes with precision and flair as a line cook

• Crafting beautiful plates in the garde manger station

• Expertly shucking oysters at our raw bar, engaging with guests in an inviting, sultry atmosphere
