Job Details:
As a Host, you will be instrumental in crafting extraordinary guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, proficiently managing reservations, and orchestrating seamless seating arrangements. These duties align closely with our restaurant's dedication to providing unparalleled hospitality and service excellence.
- Extend a warm and gracious welcome to guests upon their arrival, ensuring a positive initial encounter.
- Efficiently handle reservations and oversee the seating of guests.
- Foster effective communication with both kitchen and serving staff to facilitate seamless transitions between tables.
- Timely arrangements of seating in our Resy application to ensure maximum accommodations.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and convey eloquence in interactions.
- Must have prior experience/current knowledge of the utilization of Resy.
- 1+ years of experience in New York City hospitality service or a related field.
- Previous experience in hosting or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Possession of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective organizational abilities.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
