James Beard Award-winning culinary legends, Nancy Silverton and Stephen Starr, have joined forces to bring LA’s beloved Osteria Mozza to an iconic corner of Georgetown in Washington, DC.  Mozza embodies an energy and passion for dining that is the perfect match for the District’s vibrant food scene.
 

If you adore restaurants, you should join us. If hospitality makes you tick, we want to meet you. And if you just love the smells, sounds, and flavors of an Italian-inspired kitchen (and beverage program!), then you belong here. Training begins the third week of October!

The team is seeking motivated Barbacks who are true team players, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are warm and gracious under pressure. 

This position offers a comprehensive package including: 

  • An hourly rate of $17.50 for training.

The desired candidate will have: 

  • 1+ year of experience barback or bar prepping experience in a fast-paced upscale restaurant
  • Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn
  • Able to take instruction and direction with a positive attitude
  • A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team.
  • Professional, polished, and personable demeanor

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
