Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in menu development, sourcing, and ingredient costing
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring each service runs smoothly and meets Michelin-star standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Manage inventory, conduct regular ordering, and maintain vendor relationships
- Uphold meticulous standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen
- Assist in menu planning, tasting, and creating innovative dishes that reflect our culinary vision

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally in a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of American and European cuisine, especially French and Spanish
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and cleanliness
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Current ServSafe certification, DC DOH certificate, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days
