Testa Rossa, meaning “red head” in Italian is a spicy, sexy new addition to the Fearless Restaurants collection of independently owned restaurants. This location is at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. The bold flavors of Italian-American cuisine inspire Testa Rossa, it offers a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design. Testa Rossa focuses on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. With over 180 indoor seats and 100 seats on the outdoor patio, this new restaurant promises to deliver an exciting and lively atmosphere.

Dishwashers at Fearless Restaurants must have a desire to work quickly! We love teammates who are organized and have a strong desire to keep everything around them clean.

Skills/Requirements 

• Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
• Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
• Strong desire to keep an organized and clean work environment
• Likes to work in a team and professional work environment
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
