Testa Rossa, meaning “red head” in Italian is a spicy, sexy new addition to the Fearless Restaurants collection of independently owned restaurants. The  location is located at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. The bold flavors of Italian-American cuisine inspire Testa Rossa, it offers a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design. Testa Rossa focuses on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. With over 180 indoor seats and 100 seats on the outdoor patio, this new restaurant promises to deliver an exciting and lively atmosphere.

A Fearless Prep Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean.

Skills/Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence-driven environment
• Excellent knife skills
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
• Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
• Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
• Food Safety Knowledge
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
