Gage Hospitality Group is currently seeking a fun and passionate Server to join our team at Acanto. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant's high productivity, quality, and customer service standards are maintained.

Server Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Front of House Manager
- Attend pre-shift to review menu and daily specials
- Provide a pleasant dining experience to customers
- Ring all food and beverage items with 100% accuracy to ensure proper flow of service
- Properly handle all guest payments with 100% accuracy
- Correctly audit and balance cash/credit card recipets as part of daily checkout procedures
- Responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner
- Adheres to proper food/alcohol handling, sanitation and safety procedures
- Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, manages and guests

Required Education, Experience and Documentation:
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-pace, busy, high volume restaurant
- Ability to fluently speak, write and read in the English language
