HIRING: Restaurant Manager in Capitol Hill
Eastern Point Collective (La Collina, The Wells, Méli Wine & Mezze, The Duck & The Peach) is looking for a creative, solution-driven restaurant manager to lead our Capitol Hill location. We’re all about authentic hospitality, sustainability, and taking care of our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver awesome guest experiences.
- Manage staff, holding them accountable for roles and responsibilities.
- Work closely with the kitchen to align on business goals.
- Balance daily operations with long-term planning and team development.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with other leaders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in upscale casual and high-volume restaurants or hotels.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing people.
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems.
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
