Job Details

We are looking for HOSTS to help orchestrate the nightly dinner party or weekend brunch with our team. 

The Duck & The Peach is our New American restaurant located in the heart of Washington, DC's Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are a woman-owned and operated small business focused on honoring ingredients and highlighting them for our guests.  


Shifts begin between 3 and 5 pm, Tuesday through Saturday evenings.  Or Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.


Eastern Point Collective
 is a restaurant group with a team of community driven hospitality innovators. Collectively, we’ve designed, opened, and managed dozens of concepts, from mom-and-pop startups to Michelin-starred establishments.  In our 30-plus years of combined experience, we’ve learned that businesses do best when they strive to contribute not only to their bottom line but to the people and communities they serve.  There are few things we’re more passionate about than people and food.


The mission of Eastern Point Collective is to change hospitality through integrity and grace by constantly seeking new ways of operating that create a better life for everyone involved - team members, owners, and guests.


We need an individual who loves the excitement and rush of a busy night.  One that knows how to run a door, have great guests, and maximize the overall evening to create a memorable dining experience.  We're looking for team players that love connecting with guests, planning, and solving puzzles.

Must be available to work nights and weekends and lift up to 40 pounds.  Experience with Resy is required.


Compensation Details
