This position would support the Management Team in all aspects of restaurant operations. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the development of new and current staff, while upholding all service standards. In addition, this position must maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and be able to coach staff while remaining friendly and flexible—resulting in the best guest experience possible.
The person we are looking for must demonstrate strong communication skills and leadership abilities, be eager to learn and grow with us, have a passion for creating guest experiences around food & wine, enjoy finding new ways to solve problems, have an iron clad integrity, and love being around people!

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00)
