Cosette Wine Bar in Studio City is looking for an experienced line cook to join our growing team. We are looking for a hard working cook who will fulfill any and all necessary tasks and roles for the kitchen.
With Michelin star and San Pellegrino's World’s Best restaurant experience already on board, we are building an efficient, positive culinary team to execute our modern French winebar classics.
In addition to prior cooking experience and advanced knife skills and food knowledge, candidates should have all the desired skills listed below:
For all BOH positions:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, including helping with loading and unloading of produce, goods, and shipments.
- Can and will work in a kitchen with small space for the entirety of their shift.
- Punctuality, positivity, inclusivity, and curiosity are required of all BOH team members.
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends required as this will be a small team.
- Great team work and communication.
- Daily hygiene a must.
- Excellent mise en place.
- Previous BOH experience in disciplined, fast paced kitchens.
- Positions start at $20/hr+, with hourly rate negotiable dependent upon experience.
