About the Position:

The Front of House Manager/AGM plays a key role in orchestrating the flow of service, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the General Manager in day-to-day leadership tasks. We are looking for an individual who thrives in high-pressure, detail-oriented environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chef, Sommelier, and Captains to uphold the restaurant's high standards and refine processes to enhance guest satisfaction and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring the team consistently delivers a world-class experience for every guest
  • Collaborate with the culinary and wine teams to align service with the menu and wine pairings
  • Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and poise
  • Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting as required by the General Manager
  • Drive a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence among the front-of-house team
