Chef Andy Nusser's Casa Mono is celebrating 20 years of award-winning service.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our professional culinary team in our acclaimed open kitchen. Our creative Spanish, seasonal menu is based on sustainable seafood, a whole animal butchery program and produce from the Union Square Greenmarket.

The Ideal Candidate has:
- Strong knife skills
- Solid knowledge of cooking procedures
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- Multiple kitchen station experience
- Maintains quality and consistency of products and dishes.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, precise open kitchen.
- Works well with others under pressure.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
