Hiring a skilled, dedicated cook who has a passion for working with a seasonal menu. Miel has a small, focused team that is super collaborative. The constantly changing menu requires flexibility and an excitment for challenges.
The ideal candidtae has Butchering, some Baking and Garde Manger skills in addition to working the line.

Compensation Details
