We seek a Host to join our restaurant team as guests' first point of contact. The job responsibilities include greeting guests, providing clear and accurate wait times, and guiding customers to their tables. A passion for customer service and strong communication and organizational skills are required. You are the first impression of our restaurant that will help provide a pleasant and smooth dining experience for our guests. Our environment is fast paced and efficiency is key during peak service hours. The following are standards we hold our team to.

• Greet all guests professionally and treat them with excellent hospitality

• Willingness to learn reservation and togo ordering systems. (Resy, GrubHub, and UberEats)

• Initiate and maintain wait lists when appropriate

• Manage reservations and thoughtfully plotting tables to maximize seating capacities

• Coordinate with waitstaff about available seating and push turn times

• Guide customers to tables, bar area, and chef's counter and provide menus where necessary

• Cater to guests needs and always provide hospitable solutions to guest issues

• Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer inquiries

• Communicate with management

• Distribute to-go orders timely and accurately
