We seek a Host to join our restaurant team as guests' first point of contact. The job responsibilities include greeting guests, providing clear and accurate wait times, and guiding customers to their tables. Greet all guests professionally and treat them with excellent hospitality

Willingness to learn reservation and togo ordering systems. (Resy, GrubHub, and UberEats)

Initiate and maintain wait lists when appropriate

Manage reservations and thoughtfully plotting tables to maximize seating capacities

Coordinate with waitstaff about available seating and push turn times

Guide customers to tables, bar area, and chef's counter and provide menus where necessary

Cater to guests needs and always provide hospitable solutions to guest issues

Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer inquiries
