Job Details
-Japanese food experience preferred.
-Strong knowledge of Wines, Sake and Liquors as well as basic cocktails required.
-Solid knowledge of high-end service (2 years New York experience a must)
-The ideal candidat must be able to navigate through a section of 7 tables or more, provide great service while keeping an upbeat and positive attitude.
-The candidate must also be able to carry up to 50 pounds at times.
-The ideal candidate must have an impeccable demeanor, be punctual, reliable and be a solid team player.
-The ideal candidate must have open availabilities and will definitely have to work on Fridays, Saturdays. Sundays and Mondays (please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday brunches as well as on most major Holidays/ Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day etc..)
-The Restaurant does have a non-facial hair policy.
Also in need of a part-time Bartender with strong skills behind the bar and full knowledge of cocktails.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
