We are looking for a Line Cook to join our family, someone who enjoys preparing fine dining cuisine and can anticipate the kitchen's needs. Ideal candidates are outgoing with a passion for food & hospitality. Opportunity to be full-time.

Work alongside Gianni Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and Federico Fernandez of the Four Seasons at their restaurant, Bianca. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an all-day bakery, Bianca offers a menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, French.

Your responsibilities include...
• Prep includes cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking the food
• Plate prepared foods based on Executive Chef's guidance
• Ensure top quality for all dishes leaving the kitchen

Must be available evenings (Thursday through Saturday night).

Experience in fine dining required.

Pay rate is starting and depending on experience. We look forward to meeting you.
