Osito is looking for a Bartender for our new bar concept.  This is a small 10 seat bar with a small currated cocktail menu with a focus on single origin spirits. The right candidate is someone interested in education around this subject and willing to learn and execute at a high level of detail consistently. The bar will service both the dining room and the bar itself.

We are a small staff and care very much about the culture of our space.  We are looking for someone who is striving for excellence but using kindness as the primary means of moving forward.
