The Vintage Syndicate restaurant group behind Vintage, Time, The Goat and StarBolt are in search of General Managers in preparation for our newest restaurant openings. We are looking for a General Manager that will be responsible for overseeing overall operations of the property. This position requires an established restaurant professional with the ability to lead a large team, uphold service standards and the guest experience and maintain the integrity of the business.

• Partner and support in the tip management and payroll process
• Oversee and manage schedules
• Review performance of all staff - address shortcomings and recognize success
• Serve as a role model
• Follow an organizational structure that ensures maximized productivity and communication
• Maximize financial performance and profit by monitoring costs
• Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage menus and POS postings
• Ensure all guest requests and/or complaints are addressed in a timely manner 
• Participate and manage closing reports regarding the daily performance of the restaurant
• Ensure all employee relations including terminations, employee disciplinary actions and employee issues or concerns are communicated urgently to HR
• Attend all necessary meetings to stay informed about property and event updates and ensure alignment with team goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as a General Manager or similar capacity
• Experience in tip management and payroll processing required
• Time management and ability to work at least 40 hours/week
• The ability to lead a team of managers and employees, engaging in coaching and development at all times
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic, are required
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Lightspeed and can easily adapt to new technology
• Full, open availability required
• ServSafe and RAMP certified
