Kismet in Los Feliz/East Hollywood, is looking for a brunch line cook to work Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8-4 (though could be slightly shorter). This will not be a traditional brunch egg station- so experience as a line cook working other stations is sufficient. At least 2 years of profession cooking experience is required.
The Kismet menu combines California produce with Mediterranean flavors. Everything is sourced with care and prepared creatively.
We prefer candidates with previous experience in high volume settings. Must be organized and able to multitask. Must be quick on your feet and a fast learner, without cutting corners. Must be professional, as well as courteous toward fellow employees and customers. A positive work attitude is crucial. Must be a team player.
