Responsibilities:

For all Team Members:

• Extend a warm and genuine welcome to every guest, anticipating their needs and creating memorable interactions.
• Embody the Taqueria Xochi Service Culture, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and appearance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Familiarize yourself with our restaurant policies, Taqueria Xochi's core values, and our menu items, including presentation.

Front of House Team Member Duties:

• Participate in cashier duties, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist in preparing orders and packaging them effectively for delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols, Department of health guidelines, and Taqueria Xochi's service standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, suggesting popular items, and helping them with food and beverage selections.
• Communicate special dietary needs or specific requests clearly to our kitchen team.
