l'abeille à côte is a playful interpretation of the elegant, Michelin-starred French-Japanese fare by chef Mitsunobu Nagae at l’abeille interpreted in a Japanese-French way.

In addition to the extensive award-winning wine-list from l’abeille, l’abeille à côté offers a curated list of 10 sparkling, 10 white, and 10 red wines, bringing together a worldwide selection of adventurous and classic wines. The list showcases indigenous varieties such as Debina from Greece and Zweigelt from Austria as well as classic varieties such as Albariño from Spain and Syrah from South Africa.

Executive Sous Chef: 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a previous culinary supervisory or management experience within a high-quality kitchen setting is essential
  • Highly developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations
  • Detail orientated & motivated to be proactive in a fast-paced setting 


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the kitchen in ensure high performance and overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods
  •  Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Chef, always maintaining positive working relationships and clear communication with entire team.
  • Develop all recipes, ensuring product, food preparations and food execution meet restaurant's style, specifications, and commitment to culinary excellence.
  •  Continuously provide leadership and guidance to all staff and actively participate on the in line as needed
  • Responsible for a method of service, production, and cooking to ensure all items are prepared to meet deadlines and standards
  • Taste and review products daily to ensure quality and consistency with preparation and presentation

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $80,000.00)
