He or she will be in working along side of Chef Steve Eckerd. He/she should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires and at least 1 year of kitchen experience. Come cook a menu focused on local fresh ingredients and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
