About Us:
Heroes is a new concpect from Ariel Arce owner and partner of Roscioli and Tokoyo Record Bar. The project will be Headed by Executive Chef Aaron Lirette formerly the Executive Chef of Green River in Chicago where he won his first michelin star. Most recently ran Roscioli and Niche Niche here in NYC.
Hero's is seeking a Cook with attention to deatil, a willingness to learn. The cook will be expected to follow a prep list, keep up with a fast paced enironment, communicate effectively, and excute prep work to the highest quality. We are building an enviroment where there is room to grow, collaborate, and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items efficiently and with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and creativity.
- Handle food preparation and cooking tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standads of cleanliness and organization.
