### Job Summary:

Please note the minimum 1 year of fine dining experience. Sake Knowledge is HIGHLY preferred. Cocktail creation is a must.  Wine Knowledge also HIGHLY preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, explaining each dish in intricate detail, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to make drinks effectively and fairly quickly for the Izakaya and Omakase service. ### Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
-Ability to create intricate cocktails and provide additional creative new drinks

- Impeccable water service
- Upsell and memorize omakase offerings, flavor profiles, and sake, cocktails

- Answer menu items in intricate detail
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a prompt and efficient manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables or restocking supplies

### Qualifications:

  • Need to have at least 2 years of Restaurant experience
  • Need to have at least 1 year of high-end fine dining

- Previous experience working in the high-end food industry or as a Server is necessary
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Experience with POS systems or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Knowledge of Toast and Resy
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas according to health regulations
