New Santa Monica restaurant is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager!

We are looking for candidates with ample experience in restaurants, who are also sincere individuals that know how to lead a team and enjoy giving excellent customer service with warmth and a smile. We're looking for someone with the experience to perform, the point of view to be creative, and the humility necessary for genuine hospitality.

Scope of restaurant (changes may apply)

Approximately 150 seats
Open for lunch and dinner
Menus to reflect our love for Italian crudos and pizzas
Wine program to feature small production, natural wineries and iconic heavy hitters
Full bar featuring classic and seasonal cocktails with large focus on Italian amari

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

8-10 hour shifts that may include opening or closing duties
Menu management and maintenance
POS system management and maintenance
Reservation system management and maintenance
Onboarding new hires and execution of training programs
Cash management
Payroll reporting

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00)
