Perched on Oak Street in Chicago’s famed Gold Coast, Le Colonial Chicago exudes timeless sophistication. Executive Chef and Partner, Quoc Luong, features traditional Vietnamese recipes alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes. Proudly in operation since 1996, we're excited to be part of a growing restaurant group and are always looking for talent to join us in our quest for excellence.

We're happy to accept applications for all FOH positions: servers, bartenders, bussers, food runners, hosts, etc. We seek food service and hospitality professionals who are personable, knowledgeable, humble, dedicated, and dependable. Our hosts should be well-spoken, great communicators. They should exude warmth and friendliness, while committed to upholding our restaurant policies. The ability to multi-task, work well in a team, and demonstrate grace under pressure in a quick-paced environment is key. Though not required, a minimum of one year's experience in an upscale/fine dining environment (or relevant customer service position) is highly preferred. Strong incoming knowledge of OpenTable Guestcenter is a huge plus. Though we're open to part-time employees, our ideal candidates would have full-time availability, with an open and flexible schedule.
