Your Role: Own the Room

• Command the dining room—manage the chaos with cool, professional grace.
• Be the expert—know our menu inside and out, and guide guests with confident, genuine recommendations.
• Execute flawless service—from the first touchpoint to the last, you ensure it's sharp, accurate, and on-brand.
• Keep your stations tight—an organized space is a powerful space.
• Collaborate with your team like a pro—communication is everything.

This is For You If:

• You have Serving, Hosting, Bartending experience in New York.
• Your communication is direct, not dramatic.
• You're a problem-solver, not a problem-pointer. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
• You have an eye for the details that most people miss.
• You're a team player who knows that a rising tide lifts all boats.
• You're genuinely motivated by our vision and want to build something with us.

Nice-to-Have (Stand out from the crowd):

• Food Handlers Certificate
• Mandarin Proficiency
• Bartending or Bar Back Experience
