The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse to its extensive profile, La Tête d’Or. This new concept will blend the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tête d’Or by Daniel will feature a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table to enjoy a unique dining experience. 

La Tete D'Or is looking for talented Bartenders. The Bartender is responsible for beverage service including creating cocktails for the guests, assist in creating the cocktail list, liquor inventory and purchasing. The Bartender should be an expert in spirits, liqueurs and cocktails and should have a strong knowledge of the menu and wine list.

The position requires a minimum of two years of service and bartending experience in a fine dining or private club environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, multi-task and have strong attention to detail. This is a great learning opportunity for industry professionals with bartending experience.

Ideal Candidates should have the following:

• 3 or more years of Bartending experience in fine dining and/or Steakhouse
• Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits
• Experience in cocktail creation
