The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse to its extensive profile, La Tête d’Or. This new concept will blend the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tête d’Or by Daniel will feature a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table to enjoy a unique dining experience. 

La Tete D'Or is looking for talented Assistant Captains. The Assistant Captain is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant. They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment. This position has great potential for growth in the company.

Ideal Candidates should have the following:

  • 2 or more years of New York fine dining restaurant experience
  • Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
