La Tête d’Or. This new concept will blend the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tête d’Or by Daniel will feature a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table to enjoy a unique dining experience.

Captains.
The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
Ideal Candidates should have the following:
- 2 or more years of fine dining restaurant experience
- Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- High volume experience
- Steakhouse experience preferred but not required
