Requirements:

• The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable metropolitan restaurant or restaurant group;
• Experienced in hiring and training staff;
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability;
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success; said individual must thoroughly think about daily and future operating methods, sharing feedback with Ownership as to where opportunities for improvements lie, and how to achieve these improvements within approved budgets.
• Knowledge of  Mediterranean cuisine and culture , specifically having the ability to pair food and wine 
• Candidate with experience managing a $6M restaurant is a plus;
• Experience with opening a new restaurant is a plus.
• Must exemplify professional demeanor set by consistent personal example.
• Must show good stamina and have complete buy-in as to working a schedule that that restaurant requires- opening/closing/mid shifts; weekends are a must.
