Café Mado occupies an important space within our company's history, opening in the very location where our restaurant Oxalis was awarded its Michelin Star. As Oxalis embarks on a new chapter, Café Mado will open in its place, promising to continue the tradition of excellence that has become synonymous with Redwood Hospitality. Our location is a stone’s throw away from some of Brooklyn’s most beloved landmarks, including the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park. Cafe Mado will welcome the day with freshly brewed coffee with a selection of fine pastries from our newly opened Laurel Bakery, along with breakfast sandwiches prepared for those on the go. As the day unfolds, our backyard atrium opens for a serene spot for a seated lunch, offering a casual, seasonal menu.
