We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

• Previous experience in casual to fine-dining settings with advanced hospitality skills
• Passion for food, beverage (especially beer!)
• Excellent multitasking skills while demonstrating grace under pressure 
• A positive, upbeat attitude and the desire to provide excellent hospitality 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment 
• A team-player mentality

Responsibilities of the Server position include, and are not limited to: 

• Learning about and educating guests on our extensive craft beer, wine, and liquor program 
• Learning about and educating guests on our daily changing menu and how to properly pair food with beverage 
• Precise order taking and correctly sending information to the kitchen 
• Advanced communication skills to engage with management, kitchen, bar, and fellow team members regarding guest likes, dislikes, needs, potential issues, etc. 
• Providing guests with 5-star dining experience
